Q: Can I give permission to my parents to view my account?

A: Yes. Using the Grant Additional Access link on the right side of your screen, you can assign up to four guest accounts. Each account will be assigned their own password.

Q: My ID card is less that 6 digits. How do I log in?

A: If your ID is less than 6 digit, use a 0 in front of your number. For example, if your ID number is 1234 you will need to enter 001234.

Q: Where can I use my card?

A: You can use your card anywhere you see the school card program logo.

Q: What if I can't find my card?

A: If you want to report your card lost or stolen, click on the Lost/Stolen link on the right side of your screen. Once you choose Deactivate, no one will be able to use your card. However, you will be unable use your card for meals or other transactions until the card is replaced.

Q: What happens if I deactivate my card?

A: If you choose to deactivate your card through the Lost/Stolen link, you will not be able to use your card for meals, campus cash, fire funds, or printing until you get your card replaced.
